Thanks to Denise, Ben and Dr. Salak for going above and beyond to help me with my problem. It's been a long journey and they stuck with me through it. I got my prescription from another doctor and ordered the glasses through Ben Domiano. My vision was not clear through the new glasses. The opticians did try many adjustments, many times, but finally decided the problem was not the glasses but the prescription. I made an appointment with Dr. Salak who was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I got the correct prescription. I have vision insurance and Denise was persistent in getting them to agree to make a new pair of lenses at no additional cost to me. All this and it wasn't even BDO's mistake. I'll definitely recommend you to my friends.

My new glasses i got are great. They have given me a huge increase in distant reading. I use them in school, the movies, and at sports events. Thanks for the glasses, i really like them a lot :)

At Ben domianos it was wonderful the service is great and the people act like your family. They take time to search around for the right pair of glasses or if your getting contacts they help you put them in and they won't ever say no if you can't get them in they will let you keep trying. My experience was great! Thank you!!!

Just recently I had the opportunity to try some new lenses by Zeiss. Ben explained all the advantages that the lenses would offer me because of the type of prescrition and the astigmatism I have. I listened very attentively to Ben as he described the advantages I would have with the Zeiss lenses, because not being able to see clearly and not being able to focus while driving at night is very stressful.Needlessly to say I was very excited by the thought of being able to see clearly and be not seeing the night reflections while driving.I anxiouslly waited for my new lenses to be completed. When they finally arrived and I put them on I was totally amazed at what I was able to see compared to the lenses I previously was wearing. Everything was much sharper and I was totally blown away by the fact that I had a wider view of things.These new lenses are a real God sent for individuals who have lenses the size of a coke bottle like mine were. The lenses are so thin and light weight you don't even know you are wearing a pair of glasses. So if you have the opportunity to try these lenses, please do so because you will be able to see a bigger picture,something that I was not able to see before. For me,these new lenses have given me a bigger world to see. My many thanks to Ben and the staff for always having my needs in sight.

I purchased my eyewear from another optician and had nothing but problems. After having my glasses adjusted 5 times, my godmother suggested that I call Ben Domiano. Ben adjusted my glasses free of charge and they couldn't be better. Thank you for your help Ben. You have no idea how much I appreciate it.

Ben Domiano Optical provides as much quality optical service as it does customer service. The optician and his staff are always patient and friendly. They also offer a wealth of educational information for those who are so inclined. As everyone at Ben Domiano Optical is aware, I am exacting and precise about my purchases (within reason I hope). To my relief they have fully addressed any concerns and questions I've voiced, and they will not stop until their customers are fully satisfied. They also provide high quality lens types that I haven't encountered in any other locations. When I consider my optical options, Ben will continue to be the first name that comes to mind.
